Timeless Glow offers advanced non-invasive cosmetic and aesthetic services that enhance a persons well-being in an ethical and professional environment. We provide our services in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere utilizing technology and highly qualified professionals to deliver great results. We are dedicated to excellent client care. Our treatments are for those who wish to improve their physical appearance and overall well-being.

Your Experience

RESERVATION POLICY

We require a credit card on file for all appointments to secure your allotted time with the technician. Please let us know 48-hrs prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule and we will make sure you do not get charged a cancellation fee.  When you make your appointment and provide us with your credit card details, you are agreeing to adhere to our policies. We reserve the right to not schedule future appointments to any customer who has not adhered to our cancellation policy. However, clients are more than welcome to walk in for services.

CANCELLATIONS

All appointments are subject to our 48 hrs cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the event of a late cancellation or if we don't hear from you, you will be charged 50% of the service that you booked for. Appointments can be rescheduled by phone, and email during the allotted time.  


LATE POLICY

Please kindly arrive 10 mins before your appointment time to allow for proper check-in and preparation. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us at 203-345-9464. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are very late, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of services you booked.   


GROUPON POLICY

We only honor one groupon per client per year. If you have more than one groupon, you will be asked to pay an up-charge for the services due to the extensive fee groupon charges the office.  If you have purchased a 2nd groupon you need to contact them directly for a refund. 


NOISE
​To maintain the peaceful sanctuary of the spa, we request that all visitors maintain conversations at a considerate volume.  All mobile phones and electronic devices must be placed on silence mode.   Also gently closing the doors maintains tranquility.   We appreciate your consideration.    

    

CHILDREN
Children are not allowed in the spa.  A spa room is only appropriate for you and your therapist.  A busy salon floor is an inappropriate place to entertain children.   Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. Sharp instruments, and a busy area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.  


SERVICE SATISFACTION

At TIMELESS GLOW  we take pride in being able to help our clients achieve the look they want to feel confident and beautiful. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you please notify us within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our services and labor time, no refunds will be issued.  


GUEST POLICY

Due to limited seating in our waiting room area, we request you don't invite any friends or family to your scheduled appointment. We may ask your guest(s) to leave and come back in the event that we anticipate a high number of clients. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.
